• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• All prices are in pounds sterling and are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
• All customers with an approved credit account will be invoiced for the goods at the time of despatch.
• Payment made by Switch, Mastercard, or Visa will be debited only when goods are dispatched.
• We will issue you with an invoice, which will be sent with your goods.
• Next working day delivery is available from £8.95
• Goods are subject to availability. Orders placed before 3.30pm are normally dispatched the same day. If goods are not available we will inform you immediately by email., fax or phone.
• If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
• The products featured on this site are of a technical nature and therefore it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products and keep them 100% up to date. All drawings, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our web site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Should you buy goods, which have an unsuitable specification, which was not apparent from the description on our site, we will accept the return of the goods in the same condition as supplied and refund any money paid for the goods.
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure that prices displayed on the web site are up to date, prices shown are subject to change without notice. If there is a discrepancy between the actual price of the product and the price as ordered, we will contact you by email to enquire whether you still wish to go ahead with the purchase. In such cases, no money will be debited until such confirmation has been received.
• If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us in writing within 7 days.
• All returns must be sent in original packaging and will not be accepted for credit in a loose, damaged or modified state. Goods supplied as per a requested order and delivered without defect or damage, will only be accepted for return at the sole discretion of a Director of Direct Source Ltd. In any case, any such request for return must be notified to Direct Source Ltd within a 7 day period following delivery of the items.
• We will not accept returns if the goods have been used (i.e. burnt or printed). Any modification to the originally supplied product will not be accepted for return.
• Direct Source Ltd will not be liable for any colour or image quality variance when print is applied to the supplied goods/products. If the supplied goods/products are to be printed on or changed in any way whatsoever, it is solely the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the applied image is acceptable on all goods/products modified.
• Any claim by the buyer which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with specification, should be notified to Direct Source Ltd within 7 days from date of delivery.
• The buyer will not be entitled to reject the goods and the company shall have no liability for such defect or failure, should the buyer not report issues within a 7 day period from delivery.
• When any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to the company in accordance to the above terms, the company shall be entitled to replace the goods free of charge or at the company's sole discretion, refund to the buyer the price of the goods (or proportionate part of the price), but the company shall have no further liability whatsoever.
• Direct Source Ltd's liability to the buyer under the contract of sale, shall in any event and under whatever circumstances be limited to the value of the Goods supplied only .
• The laws of England & Wales shall govern any Contract between us.
